Von den Erstgesprächen über Angebotslegung bis hin zur Ausführung hat uns Schmiedl völlig überzeugt. Kompetente und konstruktive Inputs und Lösungen bei der Projektplanung haben sehr weitergeholfen. Im Vergleich bei der Angebotslegung ein überzeugendes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Und auch die Ausführung in den vereinbarten Zeitplänen mit ausgezeichneter Ausführung! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Das Dach und die damit verbundene Aufgabe und Verantwortung ist für jeden Bauherren eine der wichtigsten Entscheidungen und man schaut sich die Firmen mit besonderer Sorgfalt an, bevor man das Projekt vergibt. Mittlerweile sind die Dachdecker und Spenglerarbeiten bei unserem Projekt beinahe abgeschlossen und wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Arbeit und dem Baufortschritt. Wir haben uns für ein Flachdach mit Gefälledämmung entschieden und die Umsetzung war nicht einfach. Danke an Roland und Heinz, die mit Ihrer jahrelangen Erfahrung und viel Engagement und Beratung am Telefon und vor Ort das Projekt geplant und betreut haben. Die Arbeiter waren bei uns immer pünktlich, freundlich und das Wichtigste: die Verarbeitung war/ist sehr gut und gewissenhaft.(Ich bin jetzt nicht vom Fach, aber Ich bin der Meinung, dass man als interessierter Bauherr und Handwerker eine solide und gut gemachte Arbeit erkennt.
