★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn dein Baugrundstück während der Kelleraushubarbeiten den Hang hinunter zu gleiten beginnt - dir dein Geologe noch am selben Tag kündigt - möchtest du nur mehr um Hilfe schreien. Ist mir leider tatsächlich passiert! Mein Erdbauer hat mir kurzer Hand Baumeister Schmidlechner aus Thalgau organisiert - der schon nach kurzer Zeit am Bauplatz aufschlug. Er sondierte meinen Baugrund - berechnete die Statik u. erstellte mir ein Sanierungsangebot. Per Handschlag nahm er den Auftrag an und legte los. Mit seinen betonverpressten Stahlrammpfählen hat er nicht nur meinen Bauplatz stabilisiert - ich konnte auch wie geplant mein Haus darauf bauen. Ein Baumeister der weiß was er tut - den dazu braucht es mehr als „Eier in der Hose“.

He probed my building site - calculated the statics and made me a renovation offer. He accepted the job with a handshake and started working. With his concrete-pressed steel driven piles, he not only stabilized my construction site - I was also able to build my house on it as planned. A builder who knows what he's doing - it takes more than "balls in his pants".
