Im Unterhaltverfahren haben sie meine minderjährigen Kinder GEGEN mich vertreten, obwohl meine minderjährigen Kinder bei Gericht eine Eingabe gemacht haben und klargestellt haben, dass meine Kinder NICHT durch diese Kanzlei vertreten werden wollen und haben einen Antrag auf Einsetzung eines Kollionskurators gestellt. ACHTUNG - Kann ich nicht empfehlen - Finger weg! ATTENTION - I cannot recommend it - stay away! The firm previously represented ME and my opponent in the divorce proceedings AGAINST me! In the maintenance procedure, they represented my minor children AGAINST me, although my minor children submitted an application to the court and clarified that my children did NOT want to be represented by this law firm and applied for a collision curator. Das das 1 Gespräch sehr nett abgelaufen ist,und die Kosten damals nicht so hoch geklungen haben , Aber danach kam alles anderst,sie haben sich die Zeit nicht genommen ,wenn man was besprechen wollte wurde man nur verschoben, danach beim Gericht hat sich der Herr Schwager nicht Mal Blicken lassen ,sondern hat einen anderen geschickt ,der nichts von alldem wusste,drin im Gericht hat er kein Wort gesagt geschweige den mich verteidigt,und als Krönung nach dem ganzen schicken,sie einen Brief wo der Restbetrag aufgelistet ist ,ich hatte einen Schock, Preislich nicht leistbar vor allem wenn man was anderes besprochen hat am Anfang !!!! Ich rate jeden ab ,ist eine geldmacherei, für nichts zahlst du,und wenn du es dir nicht leisten kannst dann schicken die dir gleich Mahnung mit der restsumme Nicht menschlich !!!!!!! So in advance I want to say. That the 1 conversation went very nicely, and the costs did not sound that high at the time, But after that everything changed, they did not take the time, if you wanted to discuss something they were only postponed, afterwards the brother-in-law did not even show up at the court, but instead sent someone else who knew none of this inside in court he didn't say a word, let alone defend me, and to top it all off, send them a letter listing the remaining amount, I was shocked Price not affordable especially if you discussed something else at the beginning !!!! Pünktlichkeit und Kompetenz sind Fremdwörter in dieser Kanzlei. Der Fall selber wird halb herzig bis gar nicht bearbeitet ist mir Persönlich so vorgekommen. Sehr arrogant und abgehoben setzt sich nicht ein für die Rechte eines Menschen. Kohle kassieren für‘s nichts tun! Absoluter Müll! Nicht sehr empfehlenswert! So if you want to lose a case then you are in good hands, from the staff to Mr. Schwager himself all incompetent. Punctuality and competence are foreign words in this law firm. The case itself is half-hearted to not worked on me personally so happened. Very arrogant and detached does not argue for the rights of a human being. Cash in for nothing! Absolute garbage! Not very recommendable!
