★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 7.10.2020 hatte ich telefonischen Kontakt zu dem Unternehmen, um zu erfragen, wieviel 80 qm schwimmend verlegter Estrich kostet.
Ich wurde gebeten eine schriftliche Anfrage via Mail zu senden, welche letztendlich noch am selben Tag von mir übermittelt wurde. Heute am 22.10.2020, de facto 15 Tage später, habe ich noch immer keine Antwort erhalten.
Ein drittes Mal nehme ich mit dem Unternehmen nicht mehr Kontakt auf.
 On October 7th, 2020, I had telephone contact with the company to inquire how much 80 sqm floating screed cost.
I was asked to send a written request via email, which was ultimately sent by me the same day. Today on October 22nd, 2020, de facto 15 days later, I still haven't received an answer.
For the third time, I stopped making contact with the company.
