Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis ist top und besonders erwähnenswert sind die super freundlichen und zügigen Bedienungen (selten so klasse Servicekräfte erlebt). Es empfiehlt sich zu reservieren sofern man einen Platz auf der Terrasse möchte. A great restaurant with a nice selection of mostly regional dishes that are of great quality and simply taste good. The price / performance ratio is great and especially worth mentioning are the super friendly and quick wait staff (rarely experienced such great service staff). It is advisable to reserve if you want a place on the terrace.

Da wir keine Gäste vom Campingplatz waren, wären wir wahrscheinlich nie dort essen gegangen, hätte eine Bekannte mir nicht das Restaurant ausdrücklich empfohlen. Man kann sowohl drinnen als auch draußen sitzen. Drinnen - im Bereich wo wir bei unserem 1. Besuch saßen - erinnerten die Tische am alten Küchentisch meiner Oma in den 70er. Die Bedienung war sehr Freundlich und schnell. Bei unserem 2. Besuch war es wärmer, so dass wir auf der Terrasse sitzen konnten, mit Blick auf den Bergen. Zum Glück hatten wir beide Male reserviert denn die Tische sind sehr begehrt. Das Essen war beide Male sehr lecker. Wenn wir nächstes Jahr wieder Urlaub in Sankt Wolfgang machen, gehen wir auf jeden Fall wieder hin. The Schmankerlstubn is located at the entrance to the Berau campsite. Since we weren't guests from the campsite, we would probably never have gone to eat there had a friend not recommended the restaurant to me. You can sit inside as well as outside. Inside - in the area where we sat on our first visit - the tables on the old kitchen table reminded my grandmother in the 70s. The service was very friendly and quick. On our 2nd visit it was warmer so we could sit on the terrace with a view of the mountains. Fortunately, we had reserved both times because the tables are very popular. The food was delicious both times. If we go on vacation to Sankt Wolfgang again next year, we will definitely go there again.
