★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe bei Schmankerlbox online bestellt. Die bestellten Waren sind ausgezeichnet im Geschmack und auch zum verschenken gut geeignet, da sehr ansprechend verpackt. Alle Produkte kommen aus dem Waldviertel. Das Paket wurde durch den Paketzusteller nicht rechtzeitig geliefert, aber der Geschäftsführer von Schmankerlbox hat mich telefonisch verständigt, dass das Paket nicht geliefert wurde, weil eine Flasche zerbrochen ist. Mir wurde das Paket dann trotzdem zugestellt und ich sollte kontrollieren, ob noch andere Waren beschädigt sind. Ich habe mich dann telefonisch beim Geschäftsführer gemeldet und habe innerhalb von 2 Tagen die beschädigte Ware und noch ein kleines Geschenk erhalten.
Insgesamt, war ich sowohl von der Ware, als auch von dem Service der Firma sehr begeistert. Ich werde sicher wieder bestellen!
I ordered online from Schmankerlbox. The ordered goods have an excellent taste and are also suitable for giving away because they are packaged very attractively. All products come from the Waldviertel. The parcel was not delivered in time by the parcel delivery company, but the managing director of Schmankerlbox informed me by phone that the parcel had not been delivered because a bottle had broken. The package was still delivered to me and I should check whether other goods are damaged. I then contacted the manager by phone and received the damaged goods and a small gift within 2 days.
Overall, I was very enthusiastic about both the goods and the service provided by the company. I will definitely order again!
