Bei der Neutrassierung wurden sämtliche Tritthilfen abgebaut und die Trasse verändert und verlängert. Trotzdem ist es nicht gelungen, dem Schotter, der von oben kommt, auszuweichen. Parken kann man bei Schluga's Wirtshaus. Dann 50m West und nach Norden bis die kleine Brücke über den Bach kommt. Ab dort ist die Hohe Wand ausgeschildert.
