Preis dafür akzeptabel waren voll zufrieden und können weiterempfehlen! In the case of subacute problem at the castle, two employees of the company were within 15 minutes in the 6 district. Repair done after 30 minutes. Price acceptable for it were fully satisfied and can recommend!

Nach einem Anruf bei Janecek wurde das Schloss am nächsten Tag ausgetauscht und anschließend Nuki richtig installiert. Unkompliziert und gut telefonisch erreichbar, fairer Preis - top. When trying to install a Nuki lock yourself, the cylinder unfortunately bent so much that the door lock almost stopped working. After a call to Janecek, the lock was replaced the next day and Nuki was then installed correctly. Uncomplicated and easy to reach by phone, fair price - great.

Der Termin erfolgt früher als gedacht, nämlich noch am selben Tag an dem ich angerufen habe. Kann die Firma Janecek zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Mein Türschloss hat plötzlich geklemmt und ließ sich nicht mehr sperren. Innerhalb einer Stunde kam ein sehr freundlicher Herr, hat das Schloss mit Spray behandelt, etwas abgefeilt und alles wieder OK! Auf Nachfrage hat er davon abgeraten, ein neues Schloss einzubauen - also sehr seriös und reell! Die Höhe der Rechnung war ebenfalls in Ordnung. Sehr empfehlenswert! Outstanding service!
