★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man mehr als 3 Wochen lang hinter einem Angebot herlaufen muss, finde ich das extrem schade. Ich habe per Mail 3 Mal nachgefragt und gebeten, wenn keine Zeit bei euch ist soll man mir doch bitte Bescheid sagen, aber es kommt keine Reaktion.
Wenn man als Kunde schon in Sachen Angebot nur hinterher laufen muss, Versprechen bekommt (man werde 100% angerufen , haben wir 2x bekommen) und dann kommt natürlich kein Anruf obwohl man darauf wartet, bin ich ehrlich gesagt schwer enttäuscht.
Ich gebe keine Empfehlung!
Nachtrag:
Ich habe doch nochmals probiert telefonisch das wir ein Angebot bekommen, aber offensichtlich interessiert es niemanden. Wir haben es echt oft probiert aber anscheinend ist man als ,,kleinerMann" hier nichts wert.
Ich ändere mein Fazit nicht und empfehle diese Firma nicht weiter!!
 If you have to run for more than 3 weeks behind an offer, I find that extremely unfortunate. I have asked 3 times by mail and asked, if there is no time with you, please let me know, but there will be no reaction.
If, as a customer, you just have to keep up with the offer, promise (you'll be called 100%, we'll have 2x) and then of course there will be no call, even though you're waiting for it, I'm seriously disappointed.
I do not give a recommendation!
addendum:
I have tried again by phone that we get an offer, but obviously nobody cares. We've tried it a lot, but apparently you're not worth anything as a "little man" here.
I do not change my conclusion and do not recommend this company!
