Hatten eine entspannte und interessante Führung durch die Tochter des Schlossherrn!! Sehr empfehlenswert!!! Very nice, newly renovated castle with a wonderful English garden and old trees! Mit viel liebe zum Detail wurde es vor wenigen Jahren renoviert und bot für unsere Feier eine märchenhafte Kulisse. Die Hochzeitsplanung mit hervorragend ausgesuchten Gewerken hat Frau Constanze Schinner übernommen. Sie hat darauf geachtet, dass alles wie am Schnürchen geklappt hat und wir sowohl vor als auch während der Hochzeit eine stressfreie Zeit hatten, die wir voll und ganz genießen konnten. Vielen Dank für diesen wundervollen Tag, für die Herzlichkeit und die Gastfreundschaft! Rotenturm Castle was the perfect location for our wedding! It was renovated a few years ago with great attention to detail and provided a fairytale backdrop for our celebration. Ms. Constanze Schinner took over the wedding planning with excellently selected trades. She made sure that everything went like clockwork and that we had a stress-free time both before and during the wedding that we could fully enjoy. H	Hans Merz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eben habe ich mir auf dem Fernsehsender "3sat" die Reportage über die Schlösser im Südburgenland angeschaut und dadurch erstmals auch ins Schloss Rotenturm hineingesehen. Ich war nämlich schon mal so ca. um das Jahr 2000 vor der Restauration in Rotenturm an der Pinka und vor drei Jahren ein weiteres Mal. Leider konnte ich beide Male nicht ins Schloss hinein. Aber ich hoffe, dass ich es das nächste Mal schaffe, denn das Schloss sieht heute wirklich sehr prächtig aus. Der Ort hat für mich, der in der Schweiz lebt, eine grosse Bedeutung. Denn von Rotenturm an der Pinka, das bis zum Vertrag von Trianon im 4. Juni 1920 noch zu Deutsch-West-Ungarn gehörte, stammt mein Grossvater Janós (Johann) Drobits. Noch heute leben viele Drobits oder Drobitsch (einige haben den ursprünglich kroatischen Namen eingedeutscht) im Ort. Viele sind auch ausgewandert, u.a. bis nach Kanada. Hier habe ich ein Foto von einem Familientreffen in Rotenturm vom Dezember 1954 hochgeladen. Die ganze Drobits-Familie war mit Kind und Kegel anwesend damals. Das kleine Mädchen Rosemary lebt heute in Windsor, Kanada. Denn mit der grossartigen Unterstützung des Gemeindeamtes konnte ich Recherchen zur Familie anhand des Geburtsregisters machen. Nämlich anders als Österreich damals führte Ungarn bereits ein Zivilregister. I have just watched the report on the castles in southern Burgenland on the "3sat" television station, which is the first time I have seen the Rotenturm Castle. The little girl Rosemary now lives in Windsor, Canada. Because with the great support of the municipal office, I was able to do research on the family based on the birth register. Namely, unlike Austria at that time, Hungary already kept a civil register.

Es wurde nach vielen Jahrzehnten mit wechselnden Besitzern jetzt von Familie Prof.Schinner wunderbar instand gesetzt und kann sich echt sehen lassen ? The castle shines in new splendor! After many decades with changing owners, it has now been wonderfully repaired by the Prof. Schinner family and can really be seen ?
