★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found a long blond hair in my ice cream. I complained and the waitress that took the order said there was no one there with blond hair. My apologies it was the “fake blond” waitress that brought us the ice cream. She begrudgingly brought us a new one that looked like it was thrown together from left overs. We left that alone. We will not visit this place again no matter how good some of the reviews are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ beautiful historical little castle. There is a lovely Cafe there. Wonderful view over the lake Mattsee. It is a secret insider tip for couples to marry there! highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice location with a marvelous view. Very good - but pricey - breakfast. Don't eat lunch there - 3 out of 3 orders were delivered wrong and i waited for mine till all my family was finished. But I can recommend a visit to drink something and enjoy the view over the lake and the ambiente of the castle.

i would not recommend to go there until there is a new owner!
