Auch die Führung durch die Kirche und das Kloster ist sehr interessant. Am meisten hat mich die Bibliothek beeindruckt. The guided tour through the dairy provides interesting insights into the production of the monastery cheese and introduces the history of the monastery and the cheese. Also, the tour of the church and the monastery is very interesting. The library impressed me the most.
d	der alte vom berge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Stiftskirche "erschlägt" einen soviel Prunk. Ob das wirklich sein muss? Sonst eine schöne Klosteranlage mit Käserei. Der Käse ist sehr zu empfehlen. The collegiate church "kills" so much pomp. Does it really have to be? Otherwise a beautiful monastery complex with a cheese dairy. The cheese comes highly recommended.

Ein 10 km länger traumhafter Wanderweg. Teilweise hat der Weg eine gute Steigung, dafür werden die Mühen, oben angekommen, mit einem wunderschönem Blick belohnt. The pen is really an impressive building. We followed the trail "the cheese on the trail". A 10 km longer dreamlike hiking trail. Partly the way has a good slope, but the effort, arrived at the top, rewarded with a beautiful view.
S	Sarah Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Übernachtung im Bildungszentrum Schlierbach Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof und gegenüber des Kirchturms. Achtung, der Kirchturm lautet alle 15 Minuten, wer das nicht mag, der sollte sich Ohropax mitnehmen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist winzig, aber auch sehr sauber gewesen. Achtung, einen Fernseher gibt es auch nicht. Das Frühstück wird im Speisesaal des Gymnasiums als kleines Buffet angeboten. Es gibt Wurst, Schlierbacher Käse, weiche Eier, Butter, Marmelade, Kaffee, Tee. Honig, Obst, Joghurt, Säfte und verschiedenes Gebäck. Für mich wurde ein eigenes glutenfreies Brot gekauft. Der Herr beim Frühstücksbuffet war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Overnight at the Schlierbach Education Center I had a room with a view of the courtyard and across from the church tower. Attention, the church tower is every 15 minutes, if you don't like that, you should take ear plugs with you. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom is tiny but also very clean. Be careful, there is no television either. Breakfast is offered as a small buffet in the high school's dining room. There is sausage, Schlierbach cheese, soft eggs, butter, jam, coffee, tea. Honey, fruit, yoghurt, juices and various pastries. I bought my own gluten-free bread. The gentleman at the breakfast buffet was always very friendly and helpful.
H	Herbert Wesely on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir von diesem imposanten Stift mehr erwartet. Fuehrung leider schwach. Wir sind uns fast wie auf einer Werbeveranstaltung vorgekommen. Schwerpunkt Kirche kam komplett zu kurz. Schade - kaum Blumen, ich glaube das Stift hat keinen Gärtner ? I expected more from this imposing pen. Leadership unfortunately weak. We almost felt like we were at a promotional event. Focus on church was completely neglected. It's a shame - hardly any flowers, I think the pen doesn't have a gardener ?
