★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a grand experience! Me and my friends were greatly surprised and amazed by the variety and quality of skiing and snowboarding routes - from freeride to piste. For the adventurous type, you can choose between mountain downhill, spacious forests and wide fields full of pow!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are beginners and we visited Muterrer Alm, Glungezer and Stubai Glacier during our holiday. This resort has 3 areas for kids/beginners. There are carpet lifts and beginner/kids slops at Big Ron’s Kinderland. You can reach there with Gondola from Tallstation. You just need to leave Gondola at the first stop. Second area is Schanzlin. This area marked as beginner but to be honest we struggled a lot. It has hills with steep drops, it is tilted to one side so not flat and you always need to slow it down not to loose control. So in short you don’t feel you are having fun. A T bar operates here to take you up. There is also Schlickerarm but we didn’t have time to explore there. But it looks this one is better for beginners as it is a wide pist.
This an old school ski resort. Many lifts are really old. There is not much employee around to help you. The Tallstation gondola has been installed recently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family-friendly ski station with hundreds of slopes of various levels of difficulty and several restaurants.
The center offers plenty of sports, depending on the season. The ski teachers are very experienced and kind and some of them are also experts on other sports also taught in the center, such as paragliding.
There are two different ski schools and the material can be rented directly at the station or in the town next to it.
The topmost restaurant offers amazing views of the valley and has several chairs to relax outside in the sun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to ski. We were planning to ski at Stubai glacier but due to the bad weather conditions at Stubai we only skied there 2 times. Schlick offered much better weather and ski condition during our week in the area ( March 1 - 6, 2020). Schlick offers variety of slopes, char lifts as well as gondolas. Also food options were very good. Lots of smaller, cozy chalets with good variety of local food. Our favourite was Sennjochhute on top of the hill between Sennjochbahn and Zirmachbahn chairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice ski area. Good slopes more or less steep. Reasonable choice also when visibility isbnot so great on Stubai. Here the top is lower than bottom station on the glacier.
