Urlaubstag angerufen.... no comment. Dann verlangten sie den Preis für die 2 weiteren Betten welche wir nie gebraucht oder benutzt haben. Sehr enttäuschend !!! Very bad organization. A change that was discussed by phone would not be carried out. The office then called us constantly on the first day of vacation .... no comment. Then they asked the price for the 2 more beds which we never used or used. Very disappointing !!!

S	Sandra Zwingmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Appartement Gustav Top 8 war hochwertig und wirklich schön eingerichtet. Highlight war die Sauna im eigenen Bad. Allerdings liegt das Appartment nach vorne zur Straße, direkt neben einer Kirche und war extrem laut. Es liegt in einer kleinen Gasse, die bei der Durchfahrt von Autos sehr hallt. Die Kirchenglocken fangen früh an zu klingen. Störend empfand ich den getürmten Müll vor dem Eingang. Leider empfand ich den Service nicht so gut. Auf E-Mails vorab mit Fragen wurde nicht reagiert und die Mitarbeiterin bei der Abreise war nicht besonders freundlich. Ohne Balkon und bedingt durch die Lage würde ich das Top 8 nicht weiterempfehlen. The apartment Gustav Top 8 was of high quality and really nicely furnished. The highlight was the sauna in your own bathroom. However, the apartment is facing the street, right next to a church and was extremely noisy. It is located in a small alley that echoes a lot when cars pass through it. The church bells start ringing early. I found the piled garbage in front of the entrance annoying. Unfortunately, I didn't find the service that good. There was no response to e-mails with questions in advance and the employee on departure was not particularly friendly. Without a balcony and due to the location, I would not recommend the Top 8.
