★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So vernachlässigt habe ich mich noch nie von einer Hausverwaltung gefühlt. Keine Rückrufe, keine Reaktion auf Mails, langes Warten auf Termin oder erst recht im Falle einer Behebung eines Problems. Leider weder kompetent noch besonders freundlich.
I've never felt so neglected by a property management company. No callbacks, no response to emails, long waiting for appointment or even more in case of a problem solving. Unfortunately neither competent nor very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte nun aufgrund eines Wasserschadens in der Wohnung erstmals mit der Hausverwaltung Schibl zu tun und kann nur sagen, dass ich die negativen Rezensionen hier nicht nachvollziehen kann; sogar abends am Wochenende noch problemlos telefonisch erreichbar, freundlich, kompetent und unkompliziert, alles ist schnell geregelt worden.
Due to water damage in the apartment, I had to do with the Schibl property management for the first time and can only say that I cannot understand the negative reviews here; Even in the evenings at the weekend you can easily reach us by phone, friendly, competent and uncomplicated, everything was arranged quickly.
