★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf Nachfrage, warum etwas nicht so funktioniert, wie es soll, wird man nur hingehalten bzw. bekommt man gar keine Antwort. Habe mich dann schließlich selber beim Hersteller informiert. Herr Scheu zeigte keinerlei Interesse mir weiterzuhelfen.
Nachtrag: Weil Herr Scheu auf diese Rezension geantwortet hat, er habe mit mir noch nie Kontakt gehabt, ich habe hier einige Mails auf meinem Rechner, die mit Ing. Maximilian Scheu BA signiert sind. Den Inhalt selbiger hier zu veröffentlichen, ist mir von Rechts wegen nicht gestattet, ich kann aber versichern, dass mir alles andere als entgegenkommend geantwortet wurde.
Ich rate also, sofern man sich Kundendienst erwartet, der mit entsprechendem respektvollen Umgang einhergeht, von diesem Unternehmen ab.
If you ask why something isn't working as it should, you're just put off or you don't get an answer at all. I ended up contacting the manufacturer myself. Mr. Scheu showed no interest in helping me.
Addendum: Because Mr. Scheu replied to this review that he had never had contact with me, I have a few emails on my computer signed with Ing. Maximilian Scheu BA. I am not legally permitted to publish the content of the same here, but I can assure you that I have received a less than accommodating reply.
So I advise against this company if you expect customer service that goes hand in hand with the appropriate respectful treatment.
