★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like to jog or have long walks you can use the danube river walk from the city center slong the river direction heiligenstadt and almost on the end of the right side walk you will arrive to this very nice historical looking bridge and so you can turn here and walk or run back on the other site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Schmerel Bridge is located at a place where the Danube canal starts and separates from the main Danube river. It is a very nice place to relax on a sunny weekend! Or just take a walk along the Danube side and visit the passenger sheep ports.
