Ein sehr gutes Gespräch, schon mehr ein Coaching von einem Anwalt, der zu nichts drängt und sehr kompetent wirkt. The initial interview helped me a lot to assess whether I needed a lawyer and how I would proceed. A very good conversation, more like coaching from a lawyer who doesn't push for anything and looks very competent.
O	Ontore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Mag. Scheer ist sehr von sich selbst überzeugt. Wenn man einen Prozessgegner hat, der leicht beeindruckbar ist, ist das wahrscheinlich nützlich. Aber wenn man sich juristische Schritte einreden lässt, die relativ wenig bringen, passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr schnell nicht mehr. Vor allem angesichts der doch sehr hohen Gebühren. Aber auch angesichts dessen, dass Gerichte und Prozessgegner dann vielleicht doch nicht so von der Argumentation überzeugt sind wie Herr Mag. Scheer von sich selbst überzeugt ist. Herr Mag. Scheer hat mich juristisch vertreten, das habe ich aber bald wieder aufgekündigt. Das einzige, was die Anwaltskanzlei in meinem Fall erfolgreich erreicht hat, war die "Verhandlung" explodierender Kosten gegen mich nach Auflösung des Mandats. Ich habe dem Vergleich (!) bezüglich der explodierten Kosten trotz ansonsten erfolgloser juristischer Vertretung nur deswegen zugestimmt, weil ich mir das nicht weiter antun wollte. Aber potentielle Kunden/innen sollten aufpassen, dass sie sich keine kontraproduktiven Schritte einreden lassen. Und sich genau überlegen, ob sie dem Abrechnungsmodus wirklich zustimmen wollen. Es gibt bessere Alternativen, juristische Schritte mit angemessenem Aufwand zu setzen. Mr. Mag. Scheer is very convinced of himself. If you have an adversary who is impressionable, which is probably useful. But if you can persuade legal action that bring relatively little, the price-performance ratio does not fit very quickly. Especially given the still very high fees. But also in the light of the fact that courts and opponents of the case may not be so convinced of the argument as Mr. Mag. Scheer is convinced of himself. Mag. Scheer represent me legally, I did but soon terminated again. The only thing the law firm successfully accomplished in my case was the "negotiation" of exploding charges against me after the dissolution of the mandate. Despite the otherwise unsuccessful legal representation, I agreed to the comparison (!) Regarding the exploded costs only because I did not want to do this to me any further. But potential customers / inside should be careful that they can be persuaded not counterproductive steps. And think carefully about whether they really want to approve the settlement method. There are better alternatives to take legal action with reasonable effort.

Ich kann der Bewertung von "O H" nur zustimmen: Es entsteht der Eindruck die Anwälte dieser Kanzlei versuchen möglichst lange und kostspielige Verfahren zu erzeugen. Mag. Poeckh pours oil into the fire to keep the lawsuit going. I can only agree with the assessment of "O H": It gives the impression that the lawyers of this law firm try to create procedures that are as long and costly as possible.

Auch in anderen Firmenbelangen exzellenter Service. Jederzeit wieder (auch wenn ich nicht mehr vorhabe, mich scheiden zu lassen) :-) Extremely competent and solution-oriented lawyer with a focus on the essentials. Divorce uncomplicated within the shortest possible time. Excellent service in other company matters too. Anytime again (even if I no longer plan to divorce) :-)
