Bei mir Zuhause wurde Parkett im Wohnbereich und Vinyl Boden im Vorhaus verlegt. Die arbeiten wurden bis ins Detail besprochen und ausgeführt. Bin bis aufs letzte zufrieden !! Vielen Dank I can not explain why this company has such a bad star rating on Google. At my home parquet was laid in the living area and vinyl floor in the vestibule. The work was discussed and executed in detail. I am completely satisfied !! Many thanks
B	Bernhard Isidor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wird von Bauträgern häufig beauftragt. Als Normalsterblicher sollte man den Betrieb eher meiden. Chefin hat keine Entscheidungskompetenz. Preis/Leistung passt einfach nicht. Is commissioned by developers often. As a normal mortal you should rather avoid the operation. Boss has no decision-making authority. Price / performance just does not fit.

Sämtliche Mitarbeiter haben genauestens gearbeitet und gingen voll und ganz auf unsere Wünsche ein. Mein Ratschlag an alle Firmen sowie Privatleute - lasst Euch von der Firma Schatz beraten und Ihr werdet sehr lange freude am Boden haben. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Arbeit. Here are my experiences in the course of our relocation. The complete planning and execution of the work went absolutely professional. All employees worked very carefully and fully responded to our requests. My advice to all companies and private individuals - let yourself be advised by the company Schatz and you will have very long joy on the ground. Thank you for this great work.

Kundenservice ist ein Fremdwort! Unfreundlicher Telefoneservice! Termine werden nicht eingehalten bzw. wird am Tag vor dem Termin ein neuer Terminvorschlag gebracht jedoch bekommt man keine Rückmeldung welcher Termin nun zustande kommt Warte nun seit gut 2. Monaten auf die Ausbesserungsarbeiten The floor was laid clean except for a few minor superficial defects Fixing them is apparently not that easy .. Customer service is a foreign word! Rude phone service! Appointments are not kept or a new appointment proposal is made the day before the appointment, but you do not get any feedback as to which appointment is now being made Have been waiting for the repair work for a good 2 months now

Man rennt ihnen Monate hinterher, dann erscheinen sie nicht trotz Termin, keine Absage.. es kommt nie eine Entschuldigung oder Behebung der Mängel und das nach 5 Monaten wöchentlicher Urgenzen.. und wenn sie mal erscheinen haben sie das richtige Material gar nicht mit... Finger weg! Worst company on earth! If I could, I would give 0 stars! Unfriendly, unreliable and they can't do more than botch. You run after them for months, then they do not appear despite the appointment, no rejection .. there is never an apology or correction of the deficiencies and that after 5 months of weekly Urgenzen .. and when they appear they do not have the right material at all .. . Hands off!

Von der guten Beratung bishin zur sauberen und termingerechten Verlegung. Kann diese Firma nur weiterempfehlen! Oak parquet was laid for my new building. Great job! Competent employees from start to finish! From good advice to clean and timely installation. I can only recommend this company!
M	Manuel Wu10 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der erste Blick auf den neuen Parkettboden ist immer traumhaft und wenn auf Natur geblickt wird, dann freut man sich umso mehr. Wie rasch diese Freude verflog, musste ich leider zeitnah feststellen. Der Betrieb versprach schwärmend einen hochwertigen, pflegeleichten und nicht empfindlichen Boden und ich entschloss mich zum teuren Kauf. Kratzer oder andere leichte Schäden sollten dem Boden nichts ausmachen, was öfters wiederholt wurde. Dem war aber leider nicht so und gefühlt ist alles am Parkett zu sehen und die Versprechungen hielten nicht im Geringsten. Dies meldete ich zurück, hoffte auf einen guten Service als Käufer bzw. Lösung. Leider ein Irrglaube meinerseits. Die Reaktion folgte in einer einzigen Mailantwort: Produkt ist super, einwandfrei und Punkt. Mir wurde in keiner Sekunde Gehör geschenkt (!) Der Betrieb bemühte sich nicht einmal sich vor Ort selbst ein Bild zu machen oder sich Bilder schicken zu lassen. Meine Beanstandung wurde einfach und frech negiert. Fazit: Diesen Betrieb kann ich nicht empfehlen (!!!!) The first glimpse of the new parquet floor is always a dream and when you look at nature, you are all the happier. Unfortunately, I soon had to find out how quickly this joy evaporated. The company enthusiastically promised a high-quality, easy-care and non-sensitive floor and I decided to make the expensive purchase. Scratches or other slight damage shouldn't bother the floor, which was repeated several times. Unfortunately, that was not the case and it feels like everything can be seen on the floor and the promises didn't live up to the slightest. I reported this back, hoping for good service as a buyer or solution. Unfortunately a misconception on my part. The reaction followed in a single email reply: Product is great, flawless and period. I wasn't listened to for a second (!) The company didn't even bother to take a picture of it on site or to have pictures sent to them. My complaint was simply and cheekily negated. Conclusion: I cannot recommend this company (!!!!)
