★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful skiing area, this is lift takes you to both a middle station and the top of the Schattberg mountain were you not only get a great view, but also have the option of going towards either Saalbach/Leogang/Zell am Zee or Hinterglemm and Fieberbrunn. Slopes from here are mostly red and black with some blue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant cable car comfortable seats the staff help you put your bikes in it has open windows and its a smooth ride it takes you right to the start of x-line a MTB downhill trail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just beautiful, breathtaking scenery, Salsburg is a must go to town, any time of year! Try the Kristiana Hotel. There are two funicular either side of the town, cafe/restaurants on the top of both. At the top of the Shattberg X-press you will a very well equipped, fun and adventure play area, seats and hammocks to relax in too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In winter easy access to the top of the mountain and from there to red, black and blue slopes, the blue one being the link to Schmittenhohe. Parking over- as well as underground (otherwise fully booked early in the morning). Close to the town and skirent stores. Startpoint to the Saalbach skicircuit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been probably caused by the actual weather conditions, but I've been already more enjoying ski in couple of other places where you could find well prepared slopes with corduroy surface even in the afternoon. Sölden was the absolute too and Obertauern the best price/value ?
