Ich bin nicht aus der Nähe und suchte ein Cornet für mich. Nach meiner Anfrage wie denn ein Hans Gansch Cornet sei, habe ich ausführlich eine Antwort erhalten. Auf die Anfrage, ob ich eines ausprobieren könnte, wurde mir ein fabrikneues Cornet zugesandt, welches ich bei Nichtgefallen hätte zurück senden können. Meinem Sohn hat es dann so gut gepasst, dass ich für mich auch noch eines bestellt und behalten habe. Für uns sind das Toperfahrungen, Topinformationen und Topinstrumente. Lieben Dank für Alles! Great music store for brass and woodwind! The best thing is that the instruments can be tested without being stressed. The employees definitely exceed expectations in terms of expertise and friendlyness!

TL;DR: I own two Schagerl trumpets and both are absolutely top notch and I wouldn't recommend anything over them as a precursor the quality of the plating and just in general the instruments is great. strangely my favourite part about them are the spit valves / water keys, whatever you want to call them. they are not mushy at all and just scream high quality and the valves are incredible and smooth. one of a few things I wish I had on them were 1st valve stopper screws because I actually dented my 1st valve slide on my Bb after over extending and it falling out it after having it for only a few days. Firstly, I own a James Morrison Meister Bb Trumpet with a gold brass bell in silver plate and it is the most versatile trumpet I've ever played. Bright tone that cuts through in Jazz bands and a darker low register with a brilliant high register for an orchestral setting. Intonation is exceptional except the typical notes like C# (requires almost a full extension of the 3rd valve slide) and D (about 1/3 of the slide). Secondly, I own a Charis C trumpet which feels almost the same to play as my Bb, except it is actually slightly heavier but has a very brilliant bright orchestral sound and is very responsive. the bells throat is just a bit too tight to not ever get caught on a typical K&M stand but that's not too big of a deal in my opinion. The intonation on low C# and D is the same as the Bb but in addition it needs alternate fingerings on the high E and Eb as most C trumpets do. It does tighten up and get a bit squirrely on me a bit quicker than my Bb because it requires more air, but as a side effect of that i can get a much greater dynamic range because it will take more air and as such create more volume before it breaks up and becomes blasty (I actually couldn't get it to the point of blasting). Ill try and upload some pictures later. If you are tossing up buying a schagerl instrument or anything else. BUY A SCHAGERL INSTRUMENT! absolutely top class
