Rückrufbitten selbst an die GF bleiben unbeantwortet, Baustelle steht, wichtige Dokumente für Statik und Brandschutz fehlen und führen zu Verzögerungen. Seit Wochen keine verbindliche Kommunikation oder verlässliche Projektierung. Hoffe sehr, dass die Firma nicht in Schwierigkeiten oder gar Insolvenz ist? Wer kann helfen? Scala House seems somehow unreachable .... Callback requests even to the GF remain unanswered, construction site is over, important documents for statics and fire protection are missing and lead to delays. For weeks no binding communication or reliable project planning. Hope very much that the company is not in trouble or even insolvency? Who can help?
L	Laura G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die ersten Monate war alles super, es war immer jemand zur Stelle bei Fragen und Problemen, der Preis war auch top,seit wir aber im Haus wohnen interessiert es niemand mehr. Wir haben noch einige Mängel um die sich niemand kümmert, aber hauptsache den Restbetrag mit einer 8Tage Frist wollen sie schon haben. Termine, Antworten auf Mails, Fachleute usw., das alles kennt dieses Unternehmen nicht!!! Ich würde nie wieder mit ihnen bauen!!! This is the worst company I've seen so far. D	Daniel Brueckl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlampige Verarbeitung. Subfirmen werden während der Bauphase erst ausgemacht. Haustüre erst nach Erstellung des Rohbau bestellt. Schlüsselfertig gekauft und trotzdem rennen Wir die ganze Zeit und organisieren selber. Bauleiter verspricht und verspricht und hält nichts ein man wird belogen von ihm. Scala verspricht in 16 bis 24 Wochen Schlüssel fertig. Wenns so weiter geht sitzen Wir ab Februar 2022 auf der Strasse da Wir unser älteres aber schönes Haus schon verkauft haben da es uns zu gross geworden ist. Bilder der schlampig ausgeführten Arbeiten gibt's natürlich auch. Wie zb. Wand vom oberen Schlafzimmer die einen grossen Spalt hat das man aufs Treppenhaus raus sieht, oder Außenfassade mit losem Netz und kein Kleber unter dem Netz wo er sein sollte. Sloppy processing. Ende 2018 haben wir uns für ein Fertigteilhaus von SCALA entschieden und es seitdem bitter bereut. Gleich beim Aufbau kam es zu schweren Mängel mit der Dampfbremse. Weiters wurden erhebliche Fehler in allen Gewerken gemacht (vorallem bei Dach + Dacheindeckung, Fenster und Bodenbelag). Nach mehrmaligen urgieren (über Monate!!!) dieser Mängel wurden diese "augenscheinlich" behoben. Mittlerweile stehen wir vor der 2.(!!!) Dachsanierung - vorausgesetzt die Firma reagiert auf die Schadensmeldung. Neben der fehlenden Kommunikation zwischen den GU und Subfirmen kam es zu extremen Wartezeiten. Später kam noch hinzu, dass manche Ansprechpersonen der Firma für uns nicht mehr erreichbar waren. Da Bilder mehr als 1000 Worte sagen lade ich hier ein paar "Schmankerl" vom Pfusch hoch. Des weiteren war es sicher kein Zufall die Firma bei Pfusch am Bau zu sehen... Evaluation also applies to VERITAS project and construction management and the TAMAK Group.
