M	Michael Hanl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben von Herrn Martan unsren kleinen Reihenhausgarten machen lassen (Rollrasen + sträucherreihe). Martan kam vorbei, machte einen positiven Eindruck. Er wirkte kreativ und motiviert. Unsere Wünsche waren einfach: Rollrasen legen, entlang einer Begrenzungsmauer Sträucher oder ähnliches Pflanzen - die Mauer sollte dadurch etwas verdeckt werden. Den Großteil der Arbeiten erledigten Martans Mitarbeiter zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Jedoch kam es hin und wieder zu ärgerlichen Situationen . Z.b. die Rasenkante: ich bat um das Setzen von diesen, sagte aber nicht genau wo. Martan fragte nicht nach. Ergebnis: Lästiges Nachverhandeln. Zweiter Punkt: die Sträucherreihe: es wurde ein Blumenbeetähnlichrs beet daraus . Schön, sauber angelegt, aber nicht das was wir wollten. Dritter Punkt: die Kosten. Sie waren weit höher als der Kostenvoranschlag, jedoch trotzdem im Vergleich mit der Konkurrenz günstig. Vierter Punkt: nach Abschluss der Arbeiten war Martan für uns nicht mehr erreichbar . Wir hätten noch ein oder 2 Fragen zur Pflege gehabt..... Fazit: Martan ist günstig und bemüht und macht genau das was man ihm aufträgt. Aber eben nur das. We had our small terraced garden made by Mr. Martan (turf + row of shrubs). Martan came over, made a positive impression. He looked creative and motivated. Our wishes were simple: lay turf, shrubs or similar plants along a boundary wall - the wall should be covered somewhat. Martans employees did most of the work to our satisfaction. However, there were sometimes annoying situations. E.g. the edge of the lawn: I asked to set these, but did not say exactly where. Martan didn't ask. Result: annoying renegotiation. Second point: the row of shrubs: it became a flower bed-like bed. Nice, clean, but not what we wanted. Third point: the cost. They were far higher than the cost estimate, but still cheap compared to the competition. Fourth point: after the work was completed, Martan was no longer available to us. We would have had one or two questions about care ..... Conclusion: Martan is cheap and hard working and does exactly what you tell him to do. But just that.
