Verkaufstermins. Auch während dieses Anprobetermins hat sich Frau Simon sehr viel Zeit genommen. Ich konnte auch meine Favoriten Probereiten. Leider kam unsere Geschäftsbeziehung auf zwischenmenschlicher Ebene wegen einer kleinen Meinungsverschiedenheit während der Lieferzeit ins wanken, wo ich mir von Frau Simon mehr Professionalität erwartet hätte damit sie mir beim Anprobetermin mit ihrer Kompetenzzur Verfügungstehen hätte können. Jedenfalls war zum Anprobetermin meines neuen Sattels, den ich von ihr erworben hatte, nicht so viel Zeit eingeplant, wie bei unserem ersten Kennenlernen. Aber gut, man kann es auch einen schlechten Tag nennen. Was mich jetzt aber zu dieser Bewertung veranlasst ist die Tatsache, das meine Stute mittlerweile extreme Verspannungen hat und ich auf anraten meines Osteopathen den Sattel checken lassen sollte. Nun wurde mir von zwei anderen fachkundigen Personen, keine Sattler, gesagt, dass ein Sattel mit Vorgurtstrippe völlig ungeeignet für das Pferd ist und das man beim Reiten sehen kann, dass der Sattel nach vorne kippt. Dadurch wird die Schulter behindert und das führt zu den massiven Verspannungen. Dies wurde mir jetzt auch von einem anderen Sattler so gesagt. Vielleicht hätten wir beim Anprobetermin doch den Sattel gurten sollen und ich hätte mal vorreiten können. Naja jetzt bin ich selbst klüger. Unfortunately, I was rather dissatisfied with Mrs. Simon's service. What I really liked was the uncomplicated arrangement of a fitting or sales appointment. Ms. Simon also took a lot of time during this fitting appointment. I was also able to try out my favorites. Unfortunately, our business relationship on an interpersonal level faltered due to a small disagreement during the delivery time, where I would have expected more professionalism from Ms. Simon so that she could have been available to me with her competence at the fitting appointment. In any case, the appointment for the fitting of my new saddle, which I had bought from her, was not planned as much as when we first got to know each other. But hey, you can also call it a bad day. But what prompted me to make this assessment is the fact that my mare now has extreme tension and my osteopath recommended that I have the saddle checked. Now I have been told by two other knowledgeable people, not saddlers, that a saddle with a girth strap is totally unsuitable for the horse and that when you ride you can see the saddle tilting forward. This hinders the shoulder and leads to massive tension. I was told the same thing by another saddler. Maybe we should have strapped on the saddle at the fitting appointment and I could have gone ahead. Well now I'm wiser myself.
