In jedem Setting ist er absolut top vorbereitet, begleitet achtsam und hört aufmerksam zu. Abgesehen davon lebt er als Vorbild das Modell des „rethink-and-renew-yourself“! Dies ist meine 2. Bewertung auf google in 15 Jahren! Dies soll zeigen, dass ich wirklich von ihm und seinem Tun überzeugt bin! Gäbe es mehr so reflektierte Männer, hätten wir weit weniger Stress und Probleme auf dieser Welt! I know Sascha Soulek from team meetings and as an individual coach! Mein Sohn wäre heute nicht dort, wo er jetzt ist. Er hat ihn während der Schulausbildung aus jeder Krise geholfen und mir als Mutter auch, da ich sehr mitgelitten habe, wenn er Misserfolge in der Schule hatte. Er bestand die Matura und jetzt studiert er und geht voll und ganz in seinem Studium auf.??? Mittlerweile sitzen mein Mann und ich auch bei Sascha auf der "Beziehungscouch"? . Er gibt uns so viele neue Wege mit nach jeder Sitzung, dass wir jetzt im Alltag, viel besser mit manchen Situationen umgehen. Wir sind durch ihn viel achtsamer geworden!!! Ach ja, ich liebe seine Beispiele/Vergleiche aus dem Fußball.?? Die 5????? sind absolut verdient, lieber Sascha!!!!!!! We have known Sascha for about 5 years. After meeting me for the first time, I knew that the chemistry between him and my family was right ? My son would not be where he is today. He helped him out of every crisis during his school education and me as a mother too, because I suffered a lot when he failed at school. Gerade für reflektierte Menschen ist ein Mentaltraining eine super Sache. Ich habe mir immer etwas aus seinen Einheiten, für mein Alltagsleben mitgenommen und sei es z.B.: die positive Ausstrahlung die Sascha an den Tag legt. Ich glaube das macht ihn auch als Mensch aus und warum er so gut bei Teilnehmer seiner Kurse gut ankommt. Mit der Verbindung seiner Mentaltrainerausbildung und Lifekinetik Trainerausbildung bringt er ein super Gesamtpaket zu seinen Vorträgen und lockert so trocken/anstrengend wirkende Themen/Punkte super auf. Es ist immer wieder ein gemeinsames Learning by Doing. Meine Fußballmannschaften habe ich so als Trainer immer wieder neu kennenlernen dürfen und war oft verblüfft was Sascha aus meinen Jungs nochmals herausbekommen was ich nicht schaffte.
