Bei dem Kessel funktioniert das Reinigungsmechanismus nicht richtig. STB schlägt Alarm bei 85 °C und kann erst ab unter 70 °C abgeschaltet werden. Das heißt wenn meine Pufferspeicher noch knapp unter 80°C sind, ist das Alarm bereits aktiv. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden damit. Di. 10.11.2020 Nach dieser Rezession haben von der Firma Santer Solarprofi GesmbH auch etwas geschrieben. Das mit 85°C stimmt nicht gestern ist es wieder passiert und zwar bei 80°C. Pufferspeicher oben knapp 80°C und Pufferspeicher unten 70°C. Dies wird den ganzen Winter so weiter machen. Es wurde bereits mir 3X der STB ersetzt, aber immer wieder das gleiche. Jedoch stellte sich bei der Inbetriebnahme heraus, dass ein Teil kaputt ist (kann ja durchaus mal passieren und ist ja auch wieder nicht tragisch) Bereits der technische Support war sehr mager, es wurde daher direkt mit der Herstellerfirma Kontakt aufgenommen. Seitens der Herstellerfirma wurde ein Austausch des Gerätes vorgeschlagen. Soweit so gut, doch seit 2 Wochen herrscht absolute Funkstille. Der zuständige Mitarbeiter der Firma SSP ist nicht erreichbar und am Telefon wird man nur vertröstet. We bought a photovoltaic system through the company SSP.
