Erinnert eher an Raubritter! Und dann wird sich tot gestellt egal ob Ombudsstelle oder die Info Adresse man reagiert nicht auf schreiben.
Banken mit solch einer Arbeitsweise sollte die Zulassung entzogen werden!!!

Nehmen falsche Daten und wollen es nicht mal korrigieren obwohl ich Rechnungen nachgewiesen habe. Sind sehr unkooperativ.

They take wrong data and don't even want to correct it even though I have proof of invoices. Are very uncooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfachste Auskünfte sind bereits eine Herausforderung bei diesem Kundenservice (Leasingbank), von der Unfreundlichkeit gar nicht zu sprechen. Ich empfehle statt telefonischer Auskünfte den Schriftverkehr. Dies dürfte den Herrschaften bei der Santander Bank eher liegen und der Ärger ist am Ende nicht so groß.
The simplest information is already a challenge with this customer service (leasing bank), not to mention the unfriendliness. I recommend writing instead of telephone information. This should suit the gentlemen at the Santander Bank and the anger isn't that great in the end.
