 I have changed my review. Even a company can sometimes have technical challenges. The support is really great and very individual. They also take the time for customers who have not ordered directly from sanlight...

Nobody was selling the old Flex20 connection cable anymore. After a request Sanlight sent me all cables for free within 2 days. Thanks guys!
