B	Bettina Mück on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kam mit einer Verordnung meiner Ärztin für einen Beckengurt ins Sanitätshaus Kostner. Der Grund dafür ist eine Symphysenlockerung. Die Dame zeigte mir daraufhin den Babysherpa von der Firma Anita. Ich sagte der Verkäuferin das ein Stützgurt für den Bauch wohl nicht das Richtige für mich sei, da mir die Stabilität im Becken fehlt und ich eben einen Symphysengürtel benötige. Wieder erklärte mir die Verkäuferin das genau das das richtige sei, sie habe nur gerade keinen lagernd weil so viele Schwangere eine Symphysenlockerung haben (??) (tatsächlich sind es nur ca. 10% der Schwangeren !!). Keine Ahnung ob die Dame überhaupt weiß wo sich die Symphyse befindet!!! Wiederwillig, etwas verzweifelt und mit starken Schmerzen trat ich die Heimreise an. Noch am Nachhauseweg rief ich in einem anderen Sanitätshaus an. Ich holte mir eine neue Verordnung von meiner Ärztin, fuhr ins Sanitätshaus und ließ mich für den richtigen Symphysengürtel abmessen und bestellte diesen. Zur Überbrückung kaufte ich mir den Bauchgurt der Firma Anita und schnallte mir diesen um die Hüften. Eine kleine Erleichterung doch kein Vergleich zum Symphysengurt der Firma Bort, den ich am nächsten Tag bereits abholen konnte. Leider kann man ja keine Minussterne vergeben, sonst hätte ich dies getan. Würde ich mich aufgrund meines Berufes nicht auskennen und hätte ich mich darauf verlassen was mir in einem Sanitätshaus geraten wird, könnte die Sache schon anders ausgehen... weil je nach Ausprägung ist eine Symphysenlockerung kein Kindergeburtstag! Unverantwortlich! Man muss und kann nicht alles wissen... doch sollte man wissen wo man sich Informationen herholt bzw. einfach sagen... Ich hab keine Ahnung! Beratungsresistenz ist der falsche Weg, v.a. wenn es um die Gesundheit geht! Das Sanitätshaus Kostner sieht mich auf jeden Fall nicht wieder!!!!!! I came to the Kostner medical supply store with a prescription from my doctor for a lap belt. The reason for this is a loosening of the symphysis. The lady then showed me the baby sherpa from Anita. I told the saleswoman that a support belt for the stomach was probably not the right thing for me because I lack stability in the pelvis and I just need a symphysis belt. Again the saleswoman explained to me that it was exactly the right thing to do, she just doesn't have any in stock because so many pregnant women have a symphysis loosening (??) (in fact it is only about 10% of pregnant women !!). No idea whether the lady even knows where the symphysis is! Reluctantly, somewhat desperately and in great pain, I started my journey home. On the way home, I called another medical supply store. I got a new prescription from my doctor, drove to the medical supply store and had me measured for the correct symphysis belt and ordered it. To bridge the gap, I bought the waist belt from Anita and buckled it around my hips. A slight relief but no comparison to the symphysis belt from Bort, which I was able to pick up the next day. Unfortunately you cannot assign minus stars, otherwise I would have done this. If I were not familiar with my job because of my job and if I had relied on what is advised to me in a medical supply store, things could turn out differently ... because depending on the severity, a symphysis loosening is not a child's birthday! Irresponsible! You don't have to and can't know everything ... but you should know where to get information or simply say ... I have no idea! Resistance to counseling is the wrong way to go, especially when it comes to health! The Kostner medical supply store will definitely not see me again !!!!!!

I have been more than competent advice. I have a year-long ordeal behind me. Often I felt like a number, not here. Very friendly, sensitive and knowledgeable I was advised and treated.
