★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisher sehr sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gesammelt, die Arbeitskräfte vor Ort sind kompetent, allerdings die Rumänischen Arbeiter/Innen sind unzumutbar, es wurde Geld geklaut von jeder einzelnen (3 Arbeiterinnen) und das nicht wenig.
 So far, we have had very, very bad experiences, the local workers are competent, but the Romanian workers are unreasonable, money was stolen from each individual (3 workers) and not a little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben kurzfristig einen Rollstuhl für unsere Tochter (Beinbruch) für die Heimfahrt mit dem Zug gebraucht. Obwohl wir aus Wien sind, konnten wir einen Rollstuhl ausborgen, im Vertrauen, dass wir ihn auch wirklich zurückschicken. Der Kontakt war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für uns war das die Rettung.
We needed a wheelchair for our daughter (broke her leg) at short notice for the train ride home. Although we are from Vienna, we were able to borrow a wheelchair with the confidence that we would actually send it back. The contact was extremely friendly and courteous. For us, that was the salvation.
