★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit verspannten Schultern und Rücken bin ich zu Sandra gekommen. Die Bewegungen waren eingeschränkt und der Körper schmerzte. Stressig war es in der letzten Zeit und dieser steckte sozusagen noch in den Knochen. Ich wollte Cranio Sacrale Körperarbeit mal probieren. Schon während der Behandlung hörte ich, wie sanft die Wirbeln wieder an die richtige Stelle zurück rutschen. Nicht weil ich mich bewegt hatte, nicht weil Sandra mich bewegt hatte, sondern nur weil ich atmete.
Am Ende ging ich mit einem tief entspannten Geist und Körper wieder nach Hause. Gerne komme ich wieder auf eine Wellness-Heil-Stunde vorbei. Danke Sandra
 I came to Sandra with tense shoulders and back. Movement was restricted and the body ached. It was stressful lately and this was still in the bones, so to speak. I wanted to try Cranio Sacral Bodywork. Even during the treatment I heard how gently the vertebrae slide back into place. Not because I moved, not because Sandra moved me, but only because I was breathing.
In the end, I went home with a deeply relaxed mind and body. I am happy to come back for a wellness healing hour. Thank you Sandra
