★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechtes Kundenservice! Bei Anrufen bei der Hotline wartet man Ewigkeiten und die Antworten sind ein Hohn. Warte schon 1 Monat auf das bestellte S22. Bereits 2 mal auf späteren Termin vertröstet der nicht eingehalten wurde. Chat funktioniert nie. Emails nach langer Zeit beantwortet mit viel Bla Bla ohne konkreten Liefertermin.
So nicht
 Bad customer service! When calling the hotline, you wait forever and the answers are a mockery. Waiting 1 month for the ordered S22. Already 2 times put off at a later date that was not met. Chat never works. Emails after a long time answered with a lot of bla bla without a specific delivery date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geld für Vorbestelleraktion S22 abbuchen und dann nicht liefern können. Keine Kundeninformation über Verzögerung bereitstellen. Widersprechende Auskünfte beim Support bzgl. Liefertermin und Auftragsstatus. Habe jetzt eine Frist gesetzt und werde danach von meinem Recht als Kunde gebrauch machen und stornieren. Gibt ja zum Glück noch andere ausgezeichnete Hersteller!
Withdraw money for the S22 pre-order campaign and then not be able to deliver. Do not provide customer information about delay. Contradictory information from support regarding delivery date and order status. I have now set a deadline and will then make use of my right as a customer and cancel. Luckily there are other excellent manufacturers!
