Hoffentlich bleibt die Salzgrotte ein "Geheimtipp" und wird nich zu sehr überlaufen, aber soweit ich weiß, kann man für wenig Geld den ganzen Raum mieten, was ich sicher ausprobieren werde. Ich war angenehm überrascht, wie schnell man einen positiven Effekt auf die Atenwege spürt. Mein Fazit: Noch nie war es so einfach, im Liegen etwas für seine Gesundheit zu tun! A place of rest and relaxation, relaxation for body and mind. Hopefully the salt cave will remain an "insider tip" and won't be overcrowded, but as far as I know you can rent the whole room for little money, which I will definitely try. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly you can feel a positive effect on the airways. My conclusion: It has never been so easy to do something for your health while lying down!

Eine tolle Oase der Entspannung und für die Gesundheit. Habe jetzt schon einige Sitzungen hinter mir und ich muß sagen, es hilft mir persönlich sehr, alleine der Wohlfühleffekt, das Abschalten 45 Minuten lange, ist ein nicht zu unterschätzende Faktor. Pure relaxation, especially with COPD and asthma, noticed a great deal of relief late in the evening. I've already booked appointments. A great oasis of relaxation and health. I've had a few sessions now and I have to say it helps me a lot personally, the feel-good factor alone, being able to switch off for 45 minutes, is a factor that shouldn't be underestimated.
