Por un retraso no nos fue posible recoger a tiempo las entradas para el concierto que comprmos préalablemente. La señora con la que hablamos por teléfono era muy simpática y nos ayudó mucho. ¡Esta señora fue personalmente (!!) a la taquilla después de su trabajo para depositar nuestras entradas! Viajando suceden siempre cosas imprevistas, pero son personas como esta señora que hacen que todo sale bien. Gracias a su ayuda pudimos disfrutar de un concierto fantástico. MUCHÍSIMAS GRACIAS por su amabilidad!!!! Thank you very much for your help during our last trip in Austria. For a delay it was not possible for us to collect the tickets for the concert that we bought in a timely manner. The lady we talked to on the phone was very nice and helped us a lot. This lady went personally (!!) to the box office after her job to deposit our tickets! Traveling always happens unforeseen things, but they are people like this lady who make everything go well. Thanks to your help we could enjoy a fantastic concert. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your kindness !!!!
U	Ute Koch-Wittmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem bei den Internet-Portalen immer wieder vor gefälschten Tickets gewarnt wird (!) kaufe ich doch lieber bei jemandem, wo man noch ein Büro betreten kann und nicht in der Warteschleife einer Hotline landet! Beim Ticket Service in Salzburg hat alles bestens geklappt - die Tickets hatten wir gleich in Händen und man bekommt sogar noch auf einem Stadtplan eingezeichnet, wie man zum Konzerthaus kommt und wo man spät abends noch Essen gehen kann. Das Konzert war einmalig - in Salzburg haben wir bisher immer nur Qualität vom Feinsten erlebt! After the internet portals keep warning me of counterfeit tickets (!), I would rather buy from someone where you can still enter an office and don't end up in the queue of a hotline! Everything worked perfectly at the Ticket Service in Salzburg - we had the tickets in our hands right away and you can even see on a city map how to get to the concert hall and where to eat late in the evening. The concert was unique - in Salzburg we have only ever experienced the finest quality!

She was not a happy camper doing her job, she was really annoyed by the questions addressed by some American tourists. This is definitely not a place for a person who doesn'the have the traditional Austrian attitude toward tourists. Too bad for Salzburg.

Ms Bonaparte, who gave us worthul tips, information & directions in and around Salzburg. This advice was very precise and authentic. We manage to see an experience Salzburg from the best side of this city. Once again we thank Ms Luise for friedly advice & guidance which on the whole made our trip a memorial pleasant and comfortable on. Hose to see you again on our next trip.
E	Erik van der Beek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This ticket office is right in the downtown area. The place was brim full but the lady behind the desk took her time to explain all the concert options. I was pleasantly surprised to find out she had considerable knowledge of classical music. We ended up purchasing tickets for a high-class concert instead of being hooked up with a touristy kind. Definitely recommendable.
