Man hat fast das Gefühl die Leute dort werden extra darauf geschult unfreundlich, ja fast unverschämt zu sein. Ansonsten kann ich mir nicht erklären, wie man es schafft fast ausschließlich solche Menschen einzustellen. Schade. Tipp: Mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht und vielleicht mal einem freundlichen Wort vergeht der Arbeitstag schneller. Every time I am stunned how unfriendly the staff there is. You almost have the feeling that the people there are specially trained to be unfriendly, almost impudent. Otherwise I can't explain to myself how you can almost exclusively hire such people. Too bad. Tip: With a smile on your face and maybe a friendly word, the working day goes by faster.

Allerdings finde ich die Auswahl an Schnittblumen nicht sehr groß. Als ich dort verschiedene Blumen rausgesucht hatte, wurde an der Kasse gesagt, daß zwei Sorten reserviert sind, kein Problem. Leider war das absolut nicht ersichtlich, nichts war sie beschriftet, kann man also schlecht wissen. Eine Mitarbeiterin kam dann und hat sie mir fast aus der Hand gerissen und mich ziemlich blöd angeschnautzt. Sehr unfreundlich. Man kann an der Qualität nichts bemängeln, allerdings lasse ich mich als Kunde so nicht behandeln und werde dort nicht mehr einkaufen. You can't fault the quality, but as a customer I won't allow myself to be treated like that and will no longer shop there.
