Jederzeit wird eine individuell passende Lösung bei anstehenden Reparaturen oder Neuinstallationen angeboten und auch professionell durchgeführt, gerne wieder. A real competence center for yachting and boating. This company (now called Sailing Center) is well structured and organized. Friendly, helpful staff, comprehensive advice without time pressure from the company boss. An individually suitable solution for upcoming repairs or new installations is offered at any time and also carried out professionally, gladly again.
G	Gary Milano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für mich nicht mehr... Bei mir war ein Laminat neu aufzubauen und eine Backskiste neu einzubauen. Die Laminatarbeiten wurden gut erledigt, JEDOCH ist die Backskiste kleiner als die, die original verbaut war. Dadurch passt es nicht mehr gut zusammen mit dem Rutschfesten Belag. Nach erfolgten Arbeiten wurde das Segelboot wieder an den Liegeplatz gebracht. Die Leinen wurden nur teilweise wieder eingeschoren, den Baumniederholer durfte ich eine halbe Stunde am Boot suchen und die Wanten wurden nicht ordentlich nachgespannt. Mast stand nicht ganz gerade und bei der Ausfahrt durfte ich feststellen, dass auch die Spannung der Wanten nicht gegeben war. Die Rofffock klemmte, da sich das Vorstag beim Segelsetzen durchbiegen konnte. Verrechnet wurde natürlich alles ;-) Ein Fall davor... man hat mir das Antifouling gemacht und dabei ÜBER die Algen die sich am Rumpf gebildet hatten das Antifouling aufgebracht. Nach Reklamation wurde es zwar nachgeschliffen und ausgebessert... aber mal ehrlich... gehts noch? Was ist das für eine Qualitätskontrolle? Für mich war es das, werde mich lieber wo anders für Servicearbeiten umsehen. Schade!!! For me not anymore ... For me, a new laminate had to be built up and a new locker installed. The laminate work was done well, BUT the locker is smaller than the one that was originally installed. As a result, it no longer fits well with the non-slip surface. After the work was done, the sailing boat was brought back to the berth. The lines were only partially re-shorn, I was allowed to look for the boom vang on the boat for half an hour and the shrouds were not properly retightened. Mast was not quite straight and on the exit I was able to find that the shrouds were not tensioned either. The Rofffock jammed because the forestay could bend when setting the sails. Of course everything was offset ;-) One case before ... they gave me the antifouling and applied the antifouling ABOVE the algae that had formed on the hull. After a complaint, it was reground and repaired ... but let's be honest ... is it still possible? What kind of quality control is that? For me it was, I'd rather look elsewhere for service work. What a shame!!!
B	Benedikt H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preis-/Leistung passt hier überhaupt nicht mehr, abgesehen davon dass der junge Mann der von seinem Vater übernommen hat nur extrem harsch, arrogant und unfreundlich ist. Mast-Legen & Segelboot kranen (ohne Hilfskraft!), im Jahr 2016 noch bei 100,- EUR, 2020 dann bei 110,- EUR, im Frühjahr 2021 dann auf 130,- EUR und im Herbst 2021 letztlich auf 148,- (!) erhöht. Auf meine Frage, warum man mich bei Terminbuchung nicht zumindest auf die Preiserhöhung hingewiesen hat und wie man mir eine Preiserhöhung von +48% innerhalb von 5 Jahren erklären kann, wurde ich nur angeschnauzt und darauf verwiesen, dass die Preise ja eh ausgehängt seien. Wenn mir was nicht passt, kann ich mir ja jemand anderen suchen… Genau das werde ich machen, selbst der sehr bemühte Mitarbeiter hat gemeint dass er schon sehr viele verärgerte Kunden davon laufen gesehen hat… kein Wunder. Für mich war es das, es gibt ja noch andere Betriebe in der Gegend, die Fa. Moestl sieht mich jedenfalls nicht mehr! Price / performance does not fit here at all, apart from the fact that the young man who took over from his father is only extremely harsh, arrogant and unfriendly. Mast-laying & craneing the sailboat (without an assistant!), In 2016 at 100, - EUR, in 2020 then at 110, - EUR, in spring 2021 then at 130, - EUR and in autumn 2021 finally at 148, - (! ) elevated. When I asked why I was not at least informed of the price increase when booking an appointment and how one can explain a price increase of + 48% within 5 years, I was just snapped at and pointed out that the prices were already posted. If something doesn't suit me, I can look for someone else ... That's exactly what I'll do, even the very hard-working employee said that he has seen a lot of angry customers run away ... no wonder. For me it was, there are other companies in the area, the Moestl company no longer sees me!
