Der Lieferant hatte nicht einmal die nötigsten Dinge zur Abladung dabei obwohl die Firma ihm bestätigt hat, dass ich diese hätte. Von Saco selber wurde mir gesagt, dass er diese hätte was jedoch offensichtlich nicht der fall war. Nach fast einem Monat habe ich dann von Saco noch 400€ in Rechnung gestellt bekommen, da diese sich im Preis geirrt haben. Danach hatten diese noch die Frechheit Zinsen für diese zu verlangen, da ich ja verpätet gezahlt hätte!!! "Organized" a delivery to my home. The supplier didn't even have the necessary things to unload with, although the company confirmed to him that I had them. I was told by Saco himself that he had them, which was obviously not the case. After almost a month I got a € 400 bill from Saco because they were wrong about the price. After that they still had the audacity to charge interest on them, because I would have paid late !!!

S	Smoothius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben laufend Importe aus Asien mit verschiedenen Frächtern, aber noch nie habe ich so schlechte Erfahrungen wie mit SACO gemacht. Das Handling ab Entladung Wien hat mehr gekostet, als die gesamte Seefracht der Reederei, die wir bereits bezahlt hatten. Auf die Frage, wie sich diese Kosten zusammensetzen, erhält man schnauzige Antworten und ein Infoblatt in Englischer Sprache, wo die Terms beschrieben sind… aber keine Rechtfertigung zur enormen Berechnung. Es wird auch darauf bestanden, diese Beträge sofort im Voraus zu bezahlen, sonst wird die Ware nicht freigegeben. Wir werden unseren Lieferanten anweisen, keine weitere Sendung über SACO zu veranlassen. Weiteres Detail am Rande… für die Zustellung von 3 Packstücken innerhalb Wien (=25km) hätte SACO EUR 311,- (!!) verlangt. DACHSER hat dann um weniger als die Hälfte geliefert. The handling from the unloading point in Vienna cost more than the entire ocean freight of the shipping company, which we had already paid for. When asked how these costs are composed, you get snappy answers and an information sheet in English, where the terms are described ... but no justification for the enormous calculation. It is also insisted to pay these amounts immediately in advance, otherwise the goods will not be released. We will instruct our supplier not to initiate any further shipment via SACO. Another detail on the side ... for the delivery of 3 packages within Vienna (= 25km) SACO would have asked EUR 311, - (!!). DACHSER then delivered by less than half.
