A	Armin Lisic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wären „0“ Sterne möglich hätte ich diese gewählt ... wollte heute spontan einen Anhänger mieten und hab angerufen, sowas unfreundliches und arrogantes habe ich lange nicht mehr gehört... ich muss dazu sagen bin Laie was Anhänger angeht, ich wusste nicht genau welchen Anhänger der passende wäre um Möbel zu transportieren aber anstatt mich über das Telefon zu beraten (ich war ja der Kunde) wurde mir in einer sehr herablassenden Art erklärt das es 12 Arten gibt und ob Sie mir jetzt alle aufzählen solle... Mich sehen und hören die Herrschafften nie mehr, Firma Flucher kann sich scheinbar leisten in der Corona Krise so mit Kunden umzugehen no Go ? If "0" stars had been possible I would have chosen these ... wanted to spontaneously rent a trailer today and called, I haven't heard anything unfriendly and arrogant for a long time ... I have to say I'm a layperson when it comes to trailers, I wasn't sure which trailer would be the right one to transport furniture but instead of advising me on the phone (I was the customer) I was told in a very condescending way that there are 12 types and whether you should list all of them now ... The rulers never see or hear me again, the Flucher company can apparently afford to deal with customers in this way in the Corona crisis no go ?
