In Sabine's Klassen fühle ich mich angekommen. Sie hat eine wundervolle sanfte und doch bestimmte Art ihre SchülerInnen anzuleiten. Eine Position zu fühlen und dabei auf den Körper zu achten ist ihr wichtiger, als bis zum Äußersten zu gehen. Sabine = Yoga.

I feel at home in Sabine's classes. She has a wonderfully gentle yet determined way of guiding her students. Feeling a position while paying attention to the body is more important to her than going to extremes. Sabine = yoga.

Sabine Stix ist ein wundervoller Mensch mit breitgefächertem Wissen und Erfahrungen. Ich fühle mich bei ihr sehr gut aufgehoben und verstanden. Sie hat Kenntnisse die über die Yoga Praxis hinausgehen und lässt diese je nach Bedarf individuell mit einfließen. Es ist für mich eine Bereicherung mit ihr trainieren und von ihr lernen zu dürfen. Ich kann Sabine von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen! Sie ist ein offener Mensch und begeistert mich jedes Mal aufs Neue mit ihrer heilsamen Energie, probiert es selber aus.

Sabine Stix is a wonderful person with a wide range of knowledge and experience. I feel very well taken care of and understood with her. She has knowledge that goes beyond yoga practice and allows this to be incorporated individually as required. It is an enrichment for me to be able to train with her and learn from her.
