★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war gestern den 5.Februar 2022 um ca 16:15 im Spartacus mit einem Freund. Er wollte sich einen Slip für eine Lack und Lederparty kaufen. Das Sortiment ist riesig und wir wurden auch nach längerem Umsehen fündig. Aaaaber....mein Gott die eine Verkäuferin (groß, Brille, lange braune Haare) die da stand hat sich so herumgeschlichen um uns was richtig unangenehm war, und bei diesem auf Schritt und Tritt verfolgen hat sie es tatsächlich geschafft kein einziges Mal nachzufragen ob sie uns behilflich sein kann. Schlimm!
An der Kassa angekommen hat uns ein sehr freundlicher Herr (mit langen Haaren) empfangen und auf den ersten Blick erkannt das dieser Slip doch zu groß sein könnte und er solle eine kleiner probieren und uns mit seinem Fachwissen und Kompetenz so begeistert, dass ich mich frage warum so ein Mitarbeiter hinter der Kassa steht und nicht in der Kundenberatung ist.! Solltet ihr schnell ändern! Wenn dieser Herr nicht so freundlich gewesen wäre hätte es tatsächlich nur einen Stern gegeben!
 Yesterday, February 5, 2022, I was at Spartacus at around 4:15 p.m. with a friend. He wanted to buy a panty for a vinyl and leather party. The range is huge and we found what we were looking for after a long search. Aaaaber.... my God the one saleswoman (tall, glasses, long brown hair) who was standing there sneaked around us, which was really uncomfortable, and following our every step she actually managed not to ask once if she can help us. Terrible!
When we arrived at the cash desk, a very friendly gentleman (with long hair) welcomed us and recognized at first glance that these panties could be too big and he should try a smaller one and impressed us so much with his expertise and competence that I wonder why such an employee is behind the cash register and not in customer service.! Should you change quickly! If this gentleman hadn't been so friendly, there would have been only one star!
