Diese Firma hat von meiner Hausverwaltung den Auftrag bekommen, an einem gewissen Datum die Holzlatten meiner Terrasse auszutauschen. Sie sind gekommen, haben meine Wohnung mit allen Terrassenmöbeln vollgestellt, die Latten rausgerissen, die offene Terrasse so stehen gelassen und sind wieder gegangen. Ich warte jetzt schon knapp 4 Wochen darauf, dass sie die neuen Bretter montieren (eine Arbeit die ich alleine in einem halben Tag erledigen könnte, sie waren zu dritt). Die Wohnung ist, aufgrund der Terrassenmöbel, Griller etc. fast nicht bewohnbar. Auf Nachfragen, wann sie denn kommen würden, wird in unhöflichster Manier geantwortet- die Ausrede: es ist zu windig oder es tröpfelt und sie wollen nicht krank werden (diese Ausrede kommt auch an Tagen, wenn die Sonne scheint). Ich rate dringendst von dieser Firma ab und empfehle, sich im Notfall per Youtube die nötigen Montageprozesse anzueignen und selbst Hand an zu legen. Unfortunately, you cannot give 0 stars. This company was commissioned by my property manager to replace the wooden slats on my terrace on a certain date. They came, filled my apartment with all the patio furniture, tore out the slats, left the open patio and left again. I've been waiting for almost 4 weeks for them to assemble the new boards (a job that I could do on my own in half a day, there were three of them). The apartment is almost not habitable due to the patio furniture, barbecue etc. When asked when they would come, they respond in the most impolite manner - the excuse: it's too windy or it's trickling and you don't want to get sick (this excuse also comes on days when the sun is shining). I strongly advise against this company and recommend in an emergency to learn the necessary assembly processes via YouTube and to lend a hand yourself.
