★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöner Park...wünschenswert wäre beim Ententeich, das man den Müll entfernt insbesonders im Wasser...sowie auf der anderen Seite ( Bach )... zu der Ruinen Villa...gute Einsicht, aber die Schmiererein sind eine Katastrophe...somit total verschandelt...( auch wenn eine Ruine u ggfls wartet man darauf, das Sie verschwindet...könnte und sollte man die Wandmalerei entfernen...) aber das ist der Stadt Wien egal...
 Nice park ... would be desirable at the duck pond, the one the garbage away especially in the water ... and on the other side (brook) ... to the ruins Villa ... good insight, but the smears are a disaster .. .somit totally spoiled ... (even if a ruin u if you wait for it, it disappears ... could and should remove the mural ...) but that is the city of Vienna does not matter ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die alte Villa liegt sehr schön auf einem Hügel im Dehnepark, ein kleines Stück oberhalb des Ententeichs. Leider ist rundherum ein Zaun, aber der muss sein, wegen der Einsturzgefahr. Könnte man aber auch anders/schöner lösen. Man kann aber trotzdem gut hineinsehen. Ein mystischer Ort.
The old villa is beautifully situated on a hill in the Dehnepark, a little way above the duck pond. Unfortunately there is a fence all around, but it has to be because of the risk of collapse. But you could also solve it differently / nicer. But you can still have a good look inside. A mystical place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great building! Unfortunately, but understandable you're not allowed to go in. There's a high fence around it. The ruin is pretty impressive -at least what you see - it looks like an enchanted building in the middle if the woods. Check it out if you got the chance
