Eine Person unserer Familie durfte nicht in der gleichen Gondel mitfahren. Daraufhin wird man noch angeschnauzt! Grottenschlechter Service! Most expensive train in Austria and the most unfriendly staff that we have been able to experience so far! One person in our family was not allowed to ride in the same gondola. Then you get snapped at! Bad service!

Auf den Hinweis einer Frau, ob das denn sein müsse, wird diese noch durchs Personal angeblökt, sie könne ja mit einer anderen Bahn fahren. In den Rüfikopfbahnen werden die Gondeln weiter wie vor Corona bis auf den allerletzten Platz gefüllt. Bis auch der letzte in der Gondel ist vergehen einige Minuten und man steht Gesicht an Gesicht. Das geht gar nicht. Antatt die Zeit mit dem vollstopfen der Bahn zu verschwenden sollte man lieber mit 80 Prozent Auslastung fahren und dafür ein Mal öfter. An kaum einer anderen Stelle als dort oben hat man so einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge ! Viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Bergtouren ! An ascent by train to the Rüfikopf is a worthwhile undertaking! Nowhere else than up there you have such a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains! Many opportunities for hiking and mountain tours!
