★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit diesem Reisebüro. Als wir das Geschäft betreten haben, haben sie uns schon sehr komisch betrachtet. Auf unsere Wünsche hin konnte sie uns kein einziges Angebot suchen. Nicht mal einen Blick in die Unterlagen. Sie hat uns angesehen als wären unsere Forderungen einfach nur lächerlich, komischerweise konnten uns andere Reisebüros sehr wohl weiterhelfen. Freundlich war sie aber sie hatte immer einen sehr komischen Unterton als wären wir für sie ein Witz.
I am very dissatisfied with this travel agency. When we entered the shop, they looked at us very funny. At our request she could not look for a single offer. Not even a look in the documents. She looked at us as if our demands were just ridiculous, strangely, other travel agents could help us a lot. She was friendly but she always had a very strange undertone as if we were a joke to her.
