Herr Murhammer war kurzfristig erreichbar und hat direkt für Anfang der nächsten Woche (ich habe Freitag angerufen) am Montag in der früh einen Termin mit mir gemacht. Gleich in der früh um 7 klingelte es auch schon und das Fenster wurde abgeholt und mir wurde gesagt, dass sie es sofort reparieren und in ca. 45min wieder da sind. Und es war wirklich so.. nach knapp 30-45min war der Herr mit einem wunderbar reparierten Fenster zurück! Der Wahnsinn. So einen Service hatte ich in meinem Leben noch nie, ich bin begeistert und werde jedem, der einen Glaser braucht, ohne Frage zu Herrn Murhammer schicken. Preis/Leistung exzellent, sehr freundlich, super schnell - das nenne ich Service! A window broke in my house and the Murhammer glazier was recommended to me by my property manager. Mr. Murhammer was available at short notice and made an appointment with me on Monday morning for the beginning of the next week (I called on Friday). In the morning at 7 the doorbell rang and the window was picked up and I was told that they would fix it immediately and be back in about 45 minutes. And it was really like that .. after 30-45 minutes the gentleman was back with a wonderfully repaired window! The madness. I've never had such a service in my life, I'm thrilled and will send anyone who needs a glazier to Mr. Murhammer without question. Excellent value for money, very friendly, super fast - that's what I call service!
