P	Patrick Geist on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren in der Faschingswoche dort zu Gast, sehr schön eingerichtetes Appartement mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und nur wenigen kleinen Schwächen, mit denen ich auch beginnen möchte: Der Checkin-Vorgang war etwas nervig, wir mussten im Vorfeld verschiedene Apps installieren und sollten dann darüber den Code für das Schloss bekommen. Hat aber nicht funktioniert, aber der Vermieter war am Anreisetag telefonisch erreichbar. Das Appartement bietet 2 Doppelbetten, ein Etagenbett, ein Einzelbett und eine Schlafcouch für 2 Personen. Es gibt am Haus aber nur 2 Parkplätze, 4 Ski-Schuh-Trockner und die Ausstattung an Gläsern ist etwas knapp. Richtig schön sind: der komplette Koch-, Ess- und Wohnbereich ist toll, die Küche sehr wertig, gut ausgestattet. Eine Grundausstattung an Kaffeekapseln, Spülmaschinentabs, Toilettenpapier und Bier war vorhanden. Unten im Haus gibt es einen Aufenthaltsraum mit einem Getränkeautomaten, gefüllt mit einigen Antialkoholika, aber auch Bier, Radler und (selbstgebrannten) Schnaps. Zusammenfassend: Gerne wieder! We were guests there during the carnival week, very nicely furnished apartment with high-quality equipment and only a few small weaknesses, which I would like to start with: The check-in process was a bit annoying, we had to install various apps in advance and were then supposed to get the code for the lock. Didn't work, but the landlord was reachable by phone on the day of arrival. The apartment has 2 double beds, a bunk bed, a single bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. There are only 2 parking spaces at the house, 4 ski boot dryers and the equipment for glasses is a bit tight. Really nice are: the entire cooking, dining and living area is great, the kitchen is very valuable, well equipped. A basic supply of coffee capsules, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and beer was available. Downstairs in the house there is a lounge with a vending machine filled with some non-alcoholic drinks, but also beer, shandy and (homemade) schnapps. In summary: Gladly again!

Eine sehr schöne, saubere und geräumige Ferienwohnung, alles neu und sehr modern eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Geräumige Schlafzimmer, 2 schicke, neue Bäder und ein großer Balkon. Platz für die ganze Familie. Ganz nah am Skilift Spieljoch, in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, sogar ein großer Skiraum ist vorhanden, wir kommen zur Wintersaison auf jeden Fall wieder. Parkplatz genau vor der Tür und in einer Tiefgarage, sogar ein Fahrstuhl. Wir hatten eine erholsame, sportliche Woche in der schönen Wohnung. Vielen Dank. Besser geht’s nicht. This was our first time in the apartment and we felt very comfortable straight away. A very nice, clean and spacious apartment, everything new and very modern. We lacked nothing. Spacious bedrooms, 2 chic, new bathrooms and a large balcony. Space for the whole family. Very close to the Spieljoch ski lift, in just 5 minutes on foot, there is even a large ski room, we will definitely be back for the winter season. Parking right in front of the door and in an underground car park, even an elevator. We had a relaxing, sporty week in the beautiful apartment. Thanks very much. It couldn't be better.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. So macht Urlaub Spaß. A super nice apartment in a great location. The apartment is large, modern, well equipped and very nicely furnished. The host is very friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. This is how holidays are fun.

We had all the information we needed, at all times. Great experience! We definitely want to come back.

The apartment is super nice, practical, family-friendly and exceeded our expectations. If you have any questions, the host will reply very swiftly and is super friendly. The location is very close to the Spieljoch ski lift, which allowed my parents to easily enjoy the mountains too. The kids loved the playground in the woods nearby (Waldspielplatz near the Marienkirche), which is just a short walk from the apartment. Fügen is a perfect starting point for amazing hikes and close to Innsbruck. We highly recommend Royal Swan apartment for the summer and dream of spending some family time there in the winter...

The apartment is very nice, practical, family-friendly and met all our expectations. The host was very friendly and always was ready to answer any questions. The location is very close to the Spieljoch ski lift, easily accessible on foot in 5 minutes. Our children felt very comfortable, were excited about super-fast Internet and Netflix on TV in the evenings. The view from the second floor is sensational - unobstructed panoramic view of the great mountains and absolute privacy, unique. Fügen is a perfect starting point for great hikes, and Innsbruck is also nearby. A covered parking space right next to the house as well as a private underground car park next door take all the stress out of parking - thumbs up! We highly recommend the Royal Swan Apartment and definitely want to come back ( hopefully this winter if there is still something free! ).
