Wij hadden de eerste paar nachten de pech met nogal luidruchtige bovenburen en konden (bijna) letterlijk de ruzie en het gefeest verstaan... Clean, nice location, good facilities, but ... bedroom and bathroom very small, bed too small and the building is very noisy. We had the misfortune of quite noisy neighbors upstairs the first few nights and could (almost) literally understand the fight and the party ...

De badkamer is voorzien van een bad- douchecombinatie en het appartement is luxe ingericht. De locatie is echt op minimale afstand van de piste, maximaal 5 minuten lopen naar de oefenpistes vanwaar je het hele gebied kunt bereiken. Neat neat apartments with good facilities. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, hob and cooking utensils, a Nespresso machine, a fridge. The bathroom has a bath-shower combination and the apartment is luxuriously furnished. The location is really at a minimum distance from the slopes, a maximum of 5 minutes' walk to the practice slopes from where you can reach the entire area.
M	Michael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wollten möglichst nahe an der Piste sein, ca. 50 Meter und daher viel unsere Wahl auf dieses Appartement. Das Appartement ist gut geschnitten, es war alles sehr sauber und alles was man so benötigt war vorhanden. Eine Nespresso Kapselmaschine fehlte ebenso wenig wie die Spülmaschine. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Der kleine Saunabereich mit Sauna, Dampfkabine und Infrarotstühlen war sehr schön. Es gab einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage und einen Skikeller. In der Nähe findet man einige Restaurants und mit der Dorfbahn ist man schnell unten in Sölden. We wanted to be as close to the slopes as possible, about 50 meters and therefore much our choice of this apartment. The apartment was well laid out, everything was very clean and everything you needed was there. A Nespresso capsule machine was missing as little as the dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable. The small sauna area with sauna, steam cabin and infrared chairs was very nice. There was a parking space in the underground car park and a ski cellar. Nearby you will find some restaurants and with the Dorfbahn you are fast down in Sölden.

Ein absolutes Wohlfühl-Appartement. Sauna U Dampfbad können allein reserviert werden. Und was negatives? Ja, die Pfanne ist schlecht beschichtet ? Absolut zu empfehlen!!!! Really clean here. Pleasant, large apartment. Plus the friendliness at reception. Directly on the piste with clinically clean ski room. An absolute feel-good apartment. Sauna U steam bath can be reserved alone. And what negative? Yes, the pan is badly coated ? Absolutely recommendable!!!!

A	Arno G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great stay! The apartment suited us perfect for our needs (downhill mountainbiking) Trendy designed and super clean! The sauna/steam cabin were a welcome Spa treat. The bakery service in the morning was always on time with fresh baked bread (pre order the day before 11:00). Internet was ok, depending on time. We could jump on our bikes and hit the trails, the apartment is in between both gondola lifts. Besides mountainbiking there are plenty other things to do in the area. Italy is around the corner, just mind the opening hours at Timmelsjoch. Horseback riding, kletteren, Aqua dome, city trip to Innsbruck, dip in the lake at Piburg, etc. So perfect located and away (5 min by car) from the busy main street of Sölden. Or you opt for the Innerwald lift. Jennifer did an outstanding job as a host! She is also the perfect source for information on things to do and recommendations! Communication was perfect both in English and German. We will come back some day, maybe next winter. The mountains/trails are awesome. Fyi during summer you can book the Royal apartments via Airbnb, in winter using their own website!
