Dieses Geschäft als Baumarkt zu bezeichnen ist eine Beleidigung gegenüber jeden anderen Baumarkt.
Ich wollte Verbindungs-Muffen für Abwasserrohre bei Ihnen kaufen. Auf Nachfrage an der Kassa konnte ich diese ganz normal kaufen, da lagernd. Nach Bezahlung wurde ich angewiesen zurück ins Baustofflager zu fahren und diese abzuholen.
Gesagt-getan.
Im Baustofflager angekommen wurde mir von einem Mitarbeiter gesagt, es wären keine Muffen da.
Wie kann es sein, dass ein Baumarkt Waren verkauft, die gar nicht lagernd sind, obwohl lt. "Verkäufer" - weil Berater mit einer Ahnung der Marterie gibt es bei Ihnen so selten wie eine Sonnenfinsternis sagt sie wären lagernd?
Ich empfehle Ihnen wirklich, eine Inventur durchzuführen. Für mich war es natürlich alles andere als angenehm wieder ins Geschäft zu gehen und mein Geld wieder zu holen.
In Zukunft werde ich andere, richtige Baumärkte aufsuchen, die auch etliches an Baustoffe und fachlich kompetentes Personal aufweisen können.
Firma Landkauf Bund kann ich jedem Leser wirklich absolut empfehlen!

Calling this store a hardware store is an insult to any other hardware store.
I wanted to buy connecting sleeves for sewage pipes from you. When I asked at the cash desk, I was able to buy them normally, as they were in stock. After paying, I was instructed to drive back to the building materials store and pick them up.
Said and done.
When I arrived at the building materials store, an employee told me that there were no sockets.
How can it be that a hardware store sells goods that are not in stock, although according to the "seller" - because consultants with an idea of the artery are as rare as a solar eclipse saying they are in stock?
I really recommend you do an inventory. Of course, for me it was anything but pleasant to go back into business and get my money back.
In the future I will visit other, real hardware stores, which can also have a number of building materials and technically competent staff.
I can absolutely recommend Landkauf Bund to every reader!
