Das Vertrauen bzgl. ehrlicher Beratung über dieses neue Heizungssystem Infrarot war uns wichtig, denn wir haben uns dann vor dem "Spatenstich" unseres Hauses dafür entschieden, diese hochwertige Marke HEAT-4-ALL zu verwenden und sind heute - nach gut 3 Jahren - damit sehr zufrieden! Neben dem Kachelofen ist Infrarot unsere Hauptheizung! Diese "gesunde Strahlungswärme" hat sich bis jetzt finanziell gut gerechnet, da wir eine kleine Photovoltaik (5 kWp) haben und mit diesem Heizsystem für besten Direktverbrauch sorgen! Diese qualitativ hochwertigen IR-Paneele "Made in Austria" sorgen bei uns auch für eine Verlässlichkeit im Bezug auf Langlebigkeit. Toll ist die Möglichkeit per Knopfdruck innerhalb von 10 min Wärme in den gewünschten Raum zu bringen, auch wenn nicht Winter ist... Ein Danke an Manuela für die gute Beratung und Betreuung! The trust in honest advice about this new infrared heating system was important to us, because before the "groundbreaking" of our house we decided to use this high-quality brand HEAT-4-ALL and are today - after a good 3 years - with it very satisfied! In addition to the tiled stove, infrared is our main heating! This "healthy radiant heat" has so far paid off financially, since we have a small photovoltaic (5 kWp) and ensure the best direct consumption with this heating system! These high-quality IR panels "Made in Austria" also ensure reliability in terms of longevity. Trotz starker Auslastung des kleinen Teams wurde immer prompt und zuvorkommend auf jedes Anliegen reagiert. Die Heizung selbst funktioniert top, es wurde seitdem sogar 2mal proaktiv seitens Rotaflex nachgefragt, ob alles OK ist. Seltener Service in der heutigen Zeit. Jederzeit wieder … I bought my new infrared heater from Rotaflex in summer 2019 - commitment, service level and advice were really first class. Despite the heavy workload of the small team, there was always a prompt and courteous response to every request.
