Von dort aus kann man gleich zum Dopplersteig und anderen Wanderwegen nach oben starten. Viel braucht man vom Parkplatz nicht erwarten, ausser neuerdings einer heftigen Gebühr. Kein Klo, für Rollstuhlfahrer überhaupt nicht geeignet. Actually, it was always a parking lot for hikers who want to go to the Untersberg near Salzburg. From there you can start straight up to the Dopplersteig and other hiking trails. You don't need to expect much from the parking lot, except recently a hefty fee. No loo, not at all suitable for wheelchair users.

Man mit Münzen oder Karte(kontaktlos) zahlen. achtung bei schönem Wetter ab ca. 0830 ziemlich überfüllt. Man kommt da auch gut mit dem Bus hin! Well-made parking lot. € 4 for 24 hours and every additional day is fair. You can pay with coins or cards (contactless). Attention, when the weather is nice, quite overcrowded from around 0830. It's also easy to get there by bus!
S	Sven Meyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Lage um direkt mit dem Aufstieg zum Untersberg zu beginnen. 4 EUR Tagesgebühr sind für einen sauberen Parkplatz mit regelmäßig geleerten Mülleimern absolut ok; m.E. nimmt der Automat keine Karte, das ist auf alle Fälle verbesserungswürdig. Wir sind den Untersberg komplett rauf, aber mit der Seilbahn runter. Der Weg von der Seilbahn zu Fuß zurück zum Parkplatz verläuft 4km fast nur an der Straße lang...
